The story of Claudia
PART TWO
In matter of days Prince Albert was married to Janet, the daughter of Charles Begar; another close friend to king Honah.
The king was so delighted.
Finally! he could carry out the deed he had wanted for years.
At once he directed his soldiers to chase all witches and wizards oout of the town and burn down their shelter, farms and belongings.
"Anyone that proves stubborn, eliminate it. But spare me Claudia, bring her to me to the tomb of Fovlax at dusk" He smiled and dismissed the troops.
The troops carried out the order to the letter. Burnt down houses, chased them out of the town; some fled to England and near by territories. A lot of them were also killed, brutally with swords and spears.
It was a dreadful time for these "the oppressed".
Claudia was captured and brought to the king at the tomb of Fovlax. (Fovlax is the tomb where all past kings were buried)
Claudia was severely beaten and tortured, on the directive of the king.
"Oh witch, you think you can take my son away from me" He cleared his throat and continued
At this time, Claudia was lying on this floor, defenceless and bleeding. Trying to feel her limbs.
"Now for you to live, you have to cast a spell on yourself and other witches and wizards that you shall never return to this town again, forever".
Helplessly, after series of beatings and tortures, she forcefully agreed and did as instructed by the king.
This marked the end of black magic in this small town. They shall never be seen again till eternity.
At this time Claudia was with child and her helpless body was carried by the soldiers to a forest outside the town as she could hardly walk.
She was placed on the grass with a heavy thud. And left there to bleed to death.
There she laid there for days until she was able to stand to her feet.
She fed on fruits from trees and used her magical powers to prepare her daily meal.
After some months, Claudia gave birth to baby girl.
