Chapter Three

Claudia couldn't care for the baby in the forest so took the child and laid her on the field of a poor peasant farmer; Flora Mohill.

One Early morning, as her normal routine, she went to check on her farm. At the bank, she saw a helpless little crying baby covered with leaves and unclad.

Flora didn't have a husband because she was childless. So she felt compassion for it, took the baby inside her house and cared for it.

She named it Mira. And called her her daughter; Mira Mohill.

Mira grew up with great love. Flora gave her all she could provide. Never allowed her to lack anything. But she did not know that she was not her real parents.

Mira was so beautiful; she was the talk of every young men in the town.

When she was 18, Flora died of a heart disease. This left a huge vacuum in her life. So she decided to leave the house and go seek for greener pastures.

She could not get a job so she resorted to becoming a servant in now king Albert's palace.

She was so diligent in her services that the princess; princess Patra made her, her personal maid in replace of Marian.

This made Marian jealous and envious.

Because of her radiant beauty all men in the palace desired her even the king (unknowingly his father) but Mira wouldn't give in. This made them hate her.

One day, Prince Edward planned on how to get her to go to bed with him.

Mira was on her way to fetch roses for her lady, Prince Edward grabbed her forcefully from behind. Tied her mouth and Dragged her into his room.
